Crispy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts with Honey Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 800 g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated, plus extra for serving)
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    Instructions:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry for 7 minutes, shake, and air fry for another 7 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, make the honey balsamic glaze by simmering balsamic vinegar and honey.
  5. Toss the Brussels sprouts with the glaze and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve hot with extra Parmesan on top.
