Crispy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts with Honey Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:
- 800 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated, plus extra for serving)
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
- Trim and halve Brussels sprouts, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 7 minutes, shake, and air fry for another 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the honey balsamic glaze by simmering balsamic vinegar and honey.
